We will send you the basic package: walls with siding installed, windows and exterior doors, and roof trusses. When we leave the site, the architectural shingles will be installed, windows and doors will be in place, and the siding will be complete and ready for subcontractors.

We have the plans ready to send to your local engineer for stamping (if an engineer’s stamp is required) and to a mortgage company, electrician, plumber, insulator, or drywall contractor.
